Hotel Alexandra features new lunch set including various types of fresh salad, dessert which are launched in buffet format. A selection of newly introduced Southeast Asian, Western and Chinese mains such as Risotto with Scallops and Asparagus, Japanese Eel and Scallop Teriyaki with Steamed Rice, Stir-fried Prawns in Spicy Sauce, Macanese Spicy Chicken etc. Price starts from HK$168. An additional $30 for some dishes such as Charcoal-Grilled U.S Prime Sirloin Steak, Noodles with Abalone and Fish Maw in Oyster Sauce, Sautéed Beef Fillet with Duck Foie Gras and Garlic.
